As well as the Social Car Scheme we have a minibus service which operates with fully accessible vehicles. These are used on a daily basis for contract work and we also provide a weekly village connector service currently covering Upton Snodsbury, Peopleton and Drakes Broughton.
Like all our transport, this is a pre-bookable service only, but a phone call a day or two before is sufficient to book your seat. The minibus takes 14 passengers, on a first-come; first-served basis.
If you live in Pershore and want to take advantage of the service, call the Volunteer Centre on 01386 554299 to book your place. You do not need to register in advance for this service, although a number of users are also registered for the Community Car Scheme.
We also offer a regular programme of outings to other destinations including shopping, social, cultural or other interests. For more information, contact the office.
Our two fully accessible minibuses are available for hire by community or other not-for-profit groups at very competitive rates (subject to availability and our operating permit). If you are involved in a local group we may be able to help your members with transport to meetings, or to social events. We can provide a driver or can train and support your own driver.
