Our Story
Pershore Plus Volunteer Centre was established in 1984 to provide volunteering opportunities for individuals wanting to support their local community and improve the quality of life for themselves and other people.
We aim to place volunteering and well-being at the heart of the local community by providing high quality support and services for the Pershore area and beyond.

Now in our 40th year, we have been working to improve the strength and well-being of the community in and around Pershore since 1984, becoming a local independent charity in 1995. Our services and the area we work within have continued to grow in the 40 years we have been operating, and our area map shows just how wide reaching our work is. New legislation in 2016 enabled us to become a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (no. 1166141).
We offer a wide range of services from volunteering, community transport, lunch clubs and many more. Our work is vital to both individuals and voluntary sector organisations in the Pershore area; with your help and support we are able to work together to reduce social isolation and improve health and well-being outcomes for all.
