At Pershore and District Volunteer Centre we work to provide varied and valued services for local residents, community groups and voluntary organisations. Community transport is an important aspect of the services we provide in Pershore and surrounding villages, particularly as public transport reduces and leaves more people isolated.
- An introduction to our Community Transport services
- Social Car Scheme – volunteers drive their own cars, taking clients on pre-booked journeys
- Minibus journeys – minibuses adapted for wheelchair users are used to take clients for shopping trips or other social activities, and for community group hire.
