Healthwatch England is the national consumer champion in health and care. Our local Healthwatch group is Healthwatch Worcestershire. It aims to give the public, patients and users of health and social care services in Worcestershire a voice.

“Signpost” people to the right information and advice

Healthwatch Worcestershire won’t take up individual complaints – but they will refer you to Onside Advocacy
