The attached cheque is a gift from my late mother who so enjoyed the many years she was a member of the (previous) Wednesday lunch club. After my father died, it was a lifeline for her and enabled her to make many valued friends. She was so sad when her increasing immobility prevented her going there any longer and really missed it during the last year or so of her life. The recent move to St Andrews Community Centre as our new Lunch Club venue makes it possible for people with limited mobility to attend.
