We currently have two minibuses that take 14 passengers plus the driver, which can accommodate wheelchairs.
The minibuses are only available for non-profit-making organisations. Bookings cannot be accepted for commercial groups Private Hire Bookings, eg family parties.
Both minibuses are inspected every 12 weeks for road-worthiness and our drivers are trained and DBS checked to ensure passenger safety.
Our minibus service includes a regular shopping service to the Co-op for people living in the local area, all services must be pre-booked.
Every customer MUST complete a standard conditions of hire form (click here to download a copy of the Minibus hire Terms and Conditions). This is a contract and has to be returned before any booking can be confirmed.

There are two tariffs for minibus hire, a member rate and a non-member rate. To be come a member and take advantage of the reduced member rate please register as a member by completing and submitting our online membership registration form.
£30.00 hire with driver + £1.50 per mile
£40.00 hire with driver + £1.50 per mile
Cancellation fee – 48 hours’ notice required £10.00
Organisations can use their own driver who is aged between 25 and 70 and has D1 on their driving licence. Conditions of our Insurance are that the driver must also register with us to become a named driver and also take our Minibus familiarisation test.
ONLY “named drivers” ie drivers on the Centre’s list, can drive any of the vehicles.
